Terms of Service

These terms apply between CareSol, registered at Registered office address available on request under registration number KvK 93607652, and the customer purchasing a digital product.

The Vietnam Hair Supplier Guide is a digital product documenting first-hand sourcing research carried out in Vietnam at the dates stated inside the guide.

It does not include personal sourcing support, supplier introductions, consulting, order placement, production management, logistics, factory audits, laboratory testing, or legal, tax or customs advice. It is not a guarantee of supplier quality, price, delivery or behaviour.

The Vietnam Hair Supplier Guide is €89, payable as a single one-time payment before access is granted. There is no subscription or recurring fee.

Accepted methods: iDEAL, Credit Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, handled securely by Stripe. The price shown at checkout is the total amount payable.

After payment you receive a private reading link that opens immediately and is also recorded against your order. If the link does not open, email hello@theelevatedwoman.nl and a working link is issued the same day.

No guarantee is given regarding product quality, supplier pricing, supplier performance, delivery times or commercial success. Prices, minimums and lead times change, and every figure in the guide is dated so you know when it was observed. The final decision to sample, order from or contract with any supplier rests entirely with you.

No commission, referral fee or other consideration is accepted from any supplier documented in the guide.

You receive a personal, non-transferable right to read and use the guide for your own business. The guide, its photographs and its written content remain the property of CareSol and may not be copied, resold, shared or redistributed.

To the extent permitted by law, liability arising from the guide is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including your statutory consumer rights.

Because access is immediate, you confirm at checkout that you want immediate delivery and that the statutory right of withdrawal ends once the guide is opened.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. The competent court is the competent court in The Hague, the Netherlands.
