Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2026-08-04

1. Who is responsible for your data

The data controller is CareSol, trading as The Elevated Woman, established in The Netherlands, registration number KvK 93607652, VAT number VAT ID NL005033542B08. Registered office address available on request.

Data protection contact: No data protection officer is appointed. Data protection questions go to hello@theelevatedwoman.nl

2. What data is collected

Enquiry form: your name, email address, optional business name, optional context about your stage or timing, and the content of your message.

Newsletter: your email address only.

Guide purchase: your name where provided, your email address, and the order and payment record created for your purchase. Card and bank details are entered with the payment provider and are never received or stored by this website.

Website use: technical request data needed to serve and secure the site, and — only if you accept analytics cookies — aggregated usage statistics.

3. Why the data is used

To answer your enquiry, to send the newsletter you subscribed to, to process your purchase and give you access to the digital guide you bought, to keep the accounting records required by law, and to keep the website secure and working.

5. Who processes data on our behalf

Website hosting and database: Lovable and its cloud infrastructure, which also stores enquiry, subscription and order records.

Payments: Stripe. Email delivery: MailerLite. Analytics, where consented: Google Analytics 4.

Your data is never sold, and is never disclosed to suppliers.

6. International transfers

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, the transfer is covered by the provider's standard contractual clauses and the safeguards set out in their own data processing terms.

7. How long data is kept

Enquiries: kept while the conversation is live and then no longer than is needed to handle follow-up questions.

Newsletter: kept until you unsubscribe, after which your address is removed from the mailing list.

Purchase and invoicing records: kept for the statutory retention period for financial administration in the Netherlands, which is seven years.

8. Security

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored in access-controlled systems. Access to customer records is restricted to the owner of the business and to the service providers listed above, and payment card details never reach this website.

9. Cookies

Necessary cookies are always active. Analytics and affiliate/marketing cookies are only set after you accept them in the cookie banner. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time through the “Cookie preferences” link in the footer.

Necessary cookies keep your language choice, your cookie decision and — where relevant — your signed-in session. Analytics cookies are set by Google Analytics 4 only with consent. Affiliate cookies are described in the next section.

10. Affiliate links and commission

Some booking links on this website are affiliate links. If you book through them, The Elevated Woman may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Affiliate availability never determines what is recommended, and it is not the same as a personal endorsement.

Affiliate tracking is provided by Travelpayouts and its partner programs. These services can set identifiers so that a booking made through one of our links is credited to us. They are only activated after you accept affiliate/marketing cookies. Outbound clicks are also counted internally so we can see which articles are useful; that record contains the partner, category, page, placement and a coarse device type, and no personal data.

11. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time — by using the unsubscribe link in any newsletter, by changing your cookie preferences, or by emailing us. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that already took place.

Requests are answered within one month, as required by the GDPR. Contact: hello@theelevatedwoman.nl

12. Complaints

You may lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority: Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, the Dutch data protection authority (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl)

13. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated. The date at the top of the page records the most recent revision: 2026-08-04.
