Refund Policy

The Vietnam Hair Supplier Guide is a digital product costing €89, paid as a single one-time payment. Access is delivered immediately after payment through a private reading link.

Because access to the guide is immediate, you expressly consent at checkout to immediate delivery and acknowledge that the statutory right of withdrawal ends once the guide is opened.

If you have paid but have not yet opened the guide, contact us and the payment is refunded in full.

If your private reading link does not open, contact us and a working link is issued the same day. If access cannot be restored, the €89 payment is refunded in full.

Once the guide has been opened, the payment is not refundable, because the content has then been delivered in full.

Any costs you incur with third parties — samples, shipping, customs charges or supplier payments — are outside this purchase and cannot be refunded here.

Send a written request to hello@theelevatedwoman.nl stating the email address used at checkout, the purchase date and the reason. Requests are answered within five working days, and approved refunds are paid back to the original payment method within fourteen days.

This policy does not limit any statutory rights available to you under the laws of the Netherlands.
